Jayson Brunstetter

J. Jayson Brunstetter has over three decades of experience as a realtor, appraiser, and investor in the Greater Louisville area with office sales over $100M in the past ten years. He's been a realtor since 1992, has his broker's license for the state of Kentucky, and has been a certified residential appraiser in Kentucky and Indiana since 1994. His expertise in residential property-including estate work, high-end residential property, remodeling, new construction, and investment properties as well as his own experiences with rentals-provides an intimate and unique knowledge base for supporting clients at The Agency Louisville. Jayson, a University of Louisville attendee, is a member of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors and the Southern Indiana Realtors Association. He served on the board of directors for multiple nonprofits, including St. Matthews Little League, since 2008. His hobbies include spending time with family and friends and golfing and fishing.
