The entire Burtch team did an outstanding job handling the sale of my property in Punta Gorda Fl. Worked personally with Brook Bobo, Tammie Craft, and of course Jayson, all did an outstanding job, and Tammie kept the whole process moving along smoothly. The photographer,Jason, did an excellent job, and Taylor Oeinck with Charlotte Title handled the closing without a hitch. The whole process could not have gone any better !

Cassandra Marz is the best! We tried for many weeks to get an offer accepted in FL. We were on a schedule to relocate and getting frustrated. We let go of our previous agent and found Cassandra and in a few short days had an offer accepted. This housing market demands an agent that knows how to manage it. She did and then some. We looked at a few homes virtually and Cassandra was full of advice and insight. She listened to what we wanted and what we needed. She was an excellent communicator as well - she was always just a phone call away. We will be looking for an investment property soon and I already know who to call!
