I give JB Benna and his team my highest recommendation. JB is very experienced, super smart, cool and calm, and an excellent agent and advisor. He helped me buy a Reno home in 2022, and sell it in 2025. He was PARTICULARLY invaluable for the sale. The home was just a little bit worse for wear. I moved away to San Diego and basically gave the keys to JB. He coordinated cleaning, repainting, new carpet, and staging. We listed for my asking price, and he scheduled open houses for Fri/Sat/Sun. My next door neighbor sent me an unsolicited text saying the house looked like a million bucks. That weekend we received an offer for $10k more than asking, and we closed 3 weeks later. If I were to buy or sell another home in the Reno/Tahoe area, I would not hesitate to use JB Benna and his team once again.
