Jeana Sander

Jeana Sander is the Orange County Regional Vice President overseeing 9 offices, and approximately 700 agents, managers, and staff. Jeana fosters a culture that is fun while supporting a positive workspace that is agent focused.

With 25 years of experience in real estate management, coaching, and sales, Jeana has worked with some of the largest and best-known brokerages in Orange and San Diego counties.

Jeana currently sits on the Risk Management Board for Orange County Association of Realtors and is highly skilled in risk management, compliance, and transactional education.

Jeana has earned multiple honors during her distinguished career, most recently as a RISMedia Newsmaker Achiever for 2021.
