Working with Jeanette on finding my new home in Philly was a GREAT experience. While any move can be stressful, moving 600 plus miles from a place I have lived for more than 25 years added a whole new level of anxiety. From day one, Jeanette’s friendly, down to earth personality made me feel relaxed and comfortable. On our first house showing tour, Jeanette gave me a tour of the city which made a lasting impression, especially with me being new to the city. Jeanette’s knowledge of the area and the market helped me make informed decisions on location and home type. She was always available via phone, text and email to answer questions. I can’t imagine making this huge life transition with any other agent.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Jeanette. I was relocating from Los Angeles and didn't know the Philly area too well. Jeanette was phenomenal. She helped me hone in in neighborhoods that met my needs and wants, kept me calm in a frantic housing market, and found me a house that I still can't believe I was able to afford. It's so absolutely perfect for me! Coming from out of state, Jeanette was fantastic at walking me through PA real estate rules and regulations, and explained everything each step of the way. She connected me with incredible people to help with my inspection, mortgage, and everything else I needed. Jeanette wasn't just an agent, or even a partner. It was like having a sister in town who I could ask any dumb question without worrying about her thinking it was a dumb question. She was honest and transparent about every property we looked at - she didn't let me get caught up in aesthetics and planning my decor, she gave it to me straight about issues that could end up being very costly and pointing out structural things I never would have thought to look at. I wish I needed to buy 50 more houses, and I would buy them all with Jeanette.

If there is a definition for a professional experience in the real estate market Jeanette more than fits the bill ! My wife and I would not hesitate to to use her services again. We were able to sell our home in " ONE " day with her direction, phone calls / texts answered immediately seven days a week.

Jeanette was our realtor when we relocated from Kansas City to Philadelphia. Jeanette is an amazing realtor! She knows both the city and the world of real estate very well, and I honestly don't know what we would have done without her help and knowledge. She found us the perfect home in the perfect area and made the whole process go as smoothly as possible. Jeanette was such a blessing. Very professional, always looking out for my best interests. Having to sell my aunt’s home long distance she handled so much for me when I had to leave to return home. She was super responsive throughout, helping us through any roadblock and was always available for questions. I would refer her to anyone buying a house. Jeanette helped me find my dream home! Due to coronavirus, I was searching for my home for a whole year, she never gave up on me and was incredibly patient when I was freaking out about the world falling apart. She always followed up and attentively listened to my needs. She was extremely responsive, and I felt like I could text her and call her at all hours.
