I am a California native and have been enjoying the coast side lifestyle for more than a dozen years. You might bump into me while I’m walking my border collie along the bluffs or enjoying a lovely meal at one of the many fine restaurants on the coast side. You’ll really like working with me! My clients will tell you that I always put their needs above all else, I’m an extreme optimist, and that I’m a really nice person. (Who wants to deal with a grumpy or negative Realtor?!?!)

I am a licensed Realtor. I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property along the coast side, from Montara to Pescadero and everything in between. I truly love this area and pride myself on my knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.

For homeowners interested in selling, I bring more than 25 years of marketing experience to the table. My accomplishments include a Home Builders Association MAME (Marketing And Merchandising Excellence) award and a Communicator Crystal award for television projects designed to market new home construction.
