I always felt throughout the process that Jeanmarie had my best interests at heart. Constant communication had me assured that we were always on the same page re: showings, appointments and pricing. I was very adamant from the beginning that I wanted full value for my property and Jeanmarie was able to get it for me. As with most sellings there were certain obstacles along the way; each time Jeanmarie would handle them all with very little hassle to me. When situations arose when I had to change either dates or times of appointments Jeanmarie would never be anything but fully supportive. Her constant diligence re: market trends and area knowledge always had me assured we were moving in the right direction. In the end Jeanmarie's commitment, attitude and never ending dedication to the sale was unbelievable. A true professional with a neighborly touch.

I was looking at purchasing new construction and Jeanmarie was very thorough, informative, professional and kind. She referred me to several mortgage consultants. In the end I decided to give myself another 6-12 months to improve my credit standing and she was understanding. I hope to work with her when I am ready to move forward.
