I found Jeanne through her enthusiastic online reviews, and am thrilled to be writing my own enthusiastic review. From the start, Jeanne listened to our criteria for our house search, which led us to a home that’s a perfect fit for us. Jeanne’s close colleague, Patricia Jozan, was available to show us the house while Jeanne was out of town and gently guided us on making a fair (and under asking) offer that was accepted, a feat that feels incredible in what has been a very challenging real estate market. Throughout the whole process, from identifying the home all the way through to the final walk-through and closing, both Jeanne and Tricia have been very responsive and an absolute fount of knowledge about the Mt. Pleasant area as well as the ins-and-outs of home ownership, which is completely new to us. Jeanne also has a wealth of contacts--inspectors, real estate lawyers, plumbers, electricians, etc., all of whom we have found so far to be excellent. It is a credit to their expertise and professionalism that we feel so prepared for this new journey and we are very grateful to have found Jeanne. I would recommend her very highly to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Mt. Pleasant area.

Jeanne is the best of the best from start to finish. We bought our first house through Jeanne. So when we outgrew it, we knew we had to call Jeanne to sell. She came to see the house and offered some small suggestions on improvements we could do before selling. She set our expectations of timeline and the market, and what we could expect. We fell into a happenstance relationship with one of the best real estate agents in the region. Jeanne helped us navigate an intensely contentious market from a buyer’s perspective, completely with our interests in mind. She consistently responded quickly to all our questions and requests for walkthroughs, as time was of the essence. And yet, we never felt pressured to hurry up and buy something that didn’t fit our family’s needs. Jeanne was quick to understand our style and overall expectations of a future purchase, and she even proactively sent new listings to our attention. During countless walk-throughs, Jeanne continuously demonstrated her knowledge of all house systems, clearly explaining the nuances of each property. She is detail-oriented, often confirming the details in the listing matched what was visible on the property to limit any surprises. Jeanne even carries a flashlight on her person – ready to look in an attic or crawl into small spaces.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jeanne while searching for a home for my fiancée and I. With everything going on in the market I know it isn't easy, houses are listed one day and gone the next. If you aren't willing to act right away it most likely won't be there. Normally, when most people tell you this it's not genuine or sincere. With Jeanne it was different, she told me what I had already been seeing in todays market.

It hasn't been like past times when doing business before the era of Covid-19. There has been a lot of people moving to the suburbs out of the city and because of this the demand for homes is high. That being said with anything in life there will be risk involved. Jeanne gave me a lot of value information during our conversations. You can tell she is a professional and knows her craft.

That being said, there is a lot of urgency in todays market. If you want it bad enough you'll make the time to get the job done and clearly she demonstrates those traits. I appreciate you taking the time to help my future wife and I. We look forward to doing business with you soon.
