Jeannie has a stellar reputation in Newnan and especially here in SummerGrove.
I called her because I plan to sell my house and move this Spring; I needed to know the current value. I figured she'd come over, look at my house and then send me some info. She went well above and beyond that.
She was here for an hour looking at EVERYTHING, even making a few excellent, affordable suggestions for light fixture and paint changes.
She sat down with me and showed me comps for similar houses and had prepared a chart of suggested listing and sales prices for three levels based on the house condition and upgrades.

Her preparation gave me a clear idea of what my house should list for and what I should be prepared to accept.

Jeannie is the most competent realtor you could want - thorough, professional and very pleasant to deal with.

My family and I have been working with Jeannie and her team for close to a decade for multiple transactions. She is everything you could hope for in an agent and more. Jeannie is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but will guide you through the buying and selling process as a "seasoned" professional. She's very well plugged into the Summergrove/Newnan/Peachtree City communities and, unlike other agents, will tell you, honestly, what you need to if you are looking to sell or buy a home. Unlike some other agents, Jeannie is going to give you "honest" feedback about what you need to do to achieve the results your seeking. If you looking to sell, and your property needs updating, do what she recommends. She knows what buyers are looking for and what they find off-putting. On the purchase side, Jeannie will guide you to a "fair" offer as she is well connected to other agents, and understands what the traffic is likely to be on a given property. Jeannie and team put together a multi-pronged marketing strategy that I feel was key to selling my home quickly at near asking price.

It included a great features package to provide to potential buyers along with impressive pics, YouTube video, and listing. The app to manage showings was helpful. They were on top of communication and I was thrilled to have a contract within two weeks that successfully closed a month later.

She also put me in contact with a great painting contractor, Jason Deciano, who did a lot of work quickly with great communication to get the house on the market.

We had the BEST Experience with Jeannie and her team! She helped us get our house ready to sell and sold it within 17 days for full price!

Our first walk-through, she took pictures of everything that needed to be updated or repaired. Her goal was to eliminate any obstacles for any potential buyer. . After she presented the list, Jeannie shared quotes she collection Ted for everything that needed to be done. Best part....she supervised all the work! All we did was write a check at the end for the repairs!! It was incredibly convenient and brainless for us.

To determine our sale price, Jeanne presented us with a thorough package of all the homes in our neighborhood that had sold with accompanying pictures of each house and their location. She presented multiple scenarios at different price points and let us choose what we felt comfortable with.

I met Jeannie Doole at an open house over 10 years ago. When I sold my previous home, she found me buyers before I was officially ready to sell.

When I hesitated about buying the house I had under contract, she was very patient. She walked the property with me, kept quiet, and let me decide. I thought this showed a lot of integrity, particularly considering the house I was comparing it to ,was her listing.

Jeannie Doole is the best Real Estate Agent if you want to have a great house buying experience. She is very knowledgeable and very responsive to any questions we had. My wife and I are first time home buyers and were very lucky to do business with her. Not only she was knowledgeable, she was very helpful with the whole VA loans program and made sure we had what we needed to get our house under contract with a new community that is being built amidst COVID. Because of this, we were timely locked our loan with a great interest rate at great price and in the exact location we’ve always wanted to live at. Jeannie was not only great to do business with, she also truly care about her clients. I don’t know if any other real estate agents would go to your newly built backyard and picked out the weeds that could damage your sod (then got sprayed with the sprinkler system while doing so 😅🤫) but Jeannie did. She would also paid attention to every tiny paint chip or small needle holes on the walls that the construction crew missed when it came to our final walk through and ensure everything is fixed by the time we close. To me, these actions speak lots about how much she truly care about us. Therefore, if you truly wanted to be satisfied with your home buying experience, you should get in touch with Jeannie and her team and you won’t regret. We closed our house just yesterday and are super excited moving into our very first house thanks to Jeannie and her wonderful team. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!
