About Jeannie

As a lifelong Arkansan who loves this state, Jeannie grew up in North Little Rock and lived in Hot Springs during her years at a small Christian college. After college she moved around with her family. Though Jeannie enjoyed experiencing Missouri, Virginia, Indiana, and New York, she was thrilled when her path returned her to her home state of Arkansas in 2001.

Settling back in Arkansas, she enthusiastically embarked on a career in real estate that has become a true highlight of her life. As a natural relationship builder, Jeannie has translated her communication skills and love of meeting new people into a journey that has provided longstanding relationships and friendships with her clients. With a focus on helping each client meet their real estate goals, Jeannie is able to find homes that fit their lifestyle and will inspire them. It is truly her driving force. She is quick to point out that, “Everyone needs their sanctuary—a place they feel comfortable, a place to call home.”

As a mother of three, her 20-year career in real estate has been a blessing and has allowed her to foster close relationships with her boys. Her oldest, Taylor, is working on his masters in Animation. Cameron is at UA Monticello where he plays baseball and is a pitcher and has developed an interest in Sports Medicine. Grant also plays ball at National Park Jr. College in Hot Springs. He is a fabulous catcher and dreams of being a Chiropractor. Baseball is still a huge part of all of their lives. With her boys mostly grown, Jeannie loves exercising with her best buddy, Zoey, a 45-pound rescue dog.

Along with a bright personality, Jeannie’s adaptability and flexibility are the root of her client-centered real estate practice. Her negotiating skills ensure her buyers are realizing the best value when acquiring their dream home, even in multiple offer situations. When working with sellers, Jeannie’s attention to detail and focus on presenting the home in the best light possible puts the sellers at ease and ensures the home sells quickly for the highest possible price. Her goal is to be their realtor for life—someone they feel comfortable with and are happy to refer to their friends and family.

Jeannie was the best realtor I have ever had. She not only sold our house within a week, she was able to get us more money yhen we ever thought we could get for our house.
