My wife and I had spoken about buying a house for some time now so when we finally decided to settle in San Diego, we decided it was time. After a long online search, we happened upon Jeannine. We had spent a lot of time being anxious prior to starting the search but as soon as we had Jeannine with us, our worries went away. Jeannine is kind, quick to respond, and really listens to the wants and needs of her clients. During escrow, she had many recommendations for people to contact which was super helpful for us as a young couple, who hardly knew anything about the home buying process. We are so grateful for all that Jeannine has done for us and now, for the first time in her life, my wife has a nice home she can settle in and drill her decorations into the walls! We’re excited for when our friends start their own house search and we know that Jeannine’s number will be the first we give them!

Jeannine did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our home. We thought we had run out of options but Jeannine persisted and found us the perfect home. She possesses excellent knowledge of the local markets and is an extremely skilled negotiator. We were able to buy the home we wanted with our bid even though we were competing against other buyers. Jeannine is extremely detail oriented and kept the process moving efficiently the entire time. Her roots and relationship network in the Poway area helped us in finding properties, getting first looks, and in negotiation. My husband and I LOVED working with Jeannine! We engaged her early in the sale process. She came out and talked to us months before we intended to list, and other realtors we contacted said "call us when you are ready to list". Jeannine educated us on how to renovate our home to appeal to buyers, and even helped us select tile and cabinets. When it came time to list, she brought in professional photographers and helped with staging. All of Jeannine's assistance paid off; our house sold in days for $90K over listing price. We recently completed both the purchase of a new home and the sale of our old home with Jeannine. Jeannine was equally adept at working with us on both sides and we were very pleased with her general market knowledge, follow-up, attention to detail, and resourcefulness throughout the time we worked together! Jeannine has been a long-time real estate professional and has built up a deep network of professionals so when we needed an inspector, contractor, roofer, etc. she always presented us with vetted options and has every type of resource on speed dial! She also has her finger on the pulse of the market which is critical especially in these very competitive times and offers excellent guidance and strategies while being mindful of your budget and needs. Her follow-up and level of detail is refreshing – she responds quickly to calls, texts, and will get you an answer quickly if it’s something she doesn’t know. Five stars all the way around for Jeannine! She is the perfect blend of professional and personable. She's an excellent communicator and very organized, as well as extremely knowledgable about the market in general and especially our area. Jeannine guided us through the entire process of selling our home--from initial consult with excellent suggestions for prepping/staging all the way through close of escrow--in a manner that felt very manageable. She requested all the information/documentation she knew potential buyers would ask about before we went on the market, which made things very easy for us once the listing went active. Jeannine is an excellent agent to work with; she is prompt and knowledgeable and if she doesn't know an answer to a question, she will find the answer. She communicates well and always follows up just like she says she will. She also is willing to offer an opinion, which is appreciated. We met Jeannine while viewing a condominium over 10 years ago when she then referred us to an agent in a different area where we bought an investment home. She kept in touch with us over the years, but was never pushy and we are so pleased we were able to utilize her services to finally purchase a home for ourselves.
