I had the pleasure of partnering with Jeannine Savory for the successful sale of a downtown condo at the Watermark building in the San Diego Marina District. Jeannine's expertise as the area expert was instrumental in guiding us through the entire selling process. I had a relationship with the client however my office is hours away from Downtown San Diego and I needed a local with boots on the ground.

We were relocating from Santa Barbra with a 1.5 & 4 year old. We had sold our home in Santa Barbra without knowing where we would buy. We knew a good school district was the most important on the list. We came down to San Diego and fit in as many home tours as possible with Jeannine over a few weekends. We didn’t find “the one” but Jeannine had a solid idea of what we were looking for. When a home came up she went to the open house and toured us virtually through it on Sunday July 2nd, and we knew this was our home. We put our trust in her she guided us on the best way to approach the offer. The sellers representative had said they would not review offers till July 5th after the holiday but Jeannine didn’t leave anything to chance and she contacted the seller directly who was an investor flipping the property and convinced him to consider our offer on the 3rd ahead of the other offers. We submitted our offer at 3:00pm on the 3rd and had a signed contract by 8pm the same day!

Had she not acted quickly and aggressively we likely would have been subject to a bidding war with multiple buyers on the 5th. Once in escrow she set up all the inspections and negotiated $25,000 in repair concessions. Buying from a distance is stressful in and of itself, compounded buy a market with bidding wars. Jeannie made it as smooth as possible and we highly recommend her and her team!

We hired the Savory Group to sell our condo and could not be more pleased with the service that we were provided. In the past I have dealt with real-estate groups that had one agent start the process and then hand it over to other agent(s) in the office, which led to loss of continuity and confusion. We dealt directly with Jeannine Savory during the whole process of the sale and when required she consulted with her group as necessary. She kept us informed and answered all our questions in a timely fashion throughout the sale. She prepared a beautiful listing of the property with a large number of pictures detailing the condo and the surrounding complex. She conducted several days of showing the property and secured several good offers, all over the asking price. When we chose a buyer from her list, she went right to work getting the condo into escrow.
This sale was a bit more complicated because we had already moved out of Santee, California to Pennsylvania just before the condo was listed. Jeannine was able to communicate with us throughout the sale, in spite of the three-hour time difference and keep us well informed. All documents were presented to us to sign in DocuSign by email which made the process go very smoothly. We completed a 21-day escrow without any problems.
Hiring the Savory Group, and Jeannine in particular, was an excellent choice and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a competent, honest and hard-working group for your real-estate needs.

Jeannine Savory and Jimmy Kerr were some of the easiest realtors to work with when it came time to sell a house for someone I was working for. They were informative, detail-oriented, and always quick to help us with anything or answer any questions. They made the home-selling process very simple which eliminated a lot of stress and anxiety for the seller. Jeannine and her group are absolutely phenomenal. My husband and I took a looong time to agree on a house, and Jeannine was there for us all along During that whole time, she didn't pressure us to buy anything just to move us along, nor did she try to impose her opinions on us just to sell a house.

Once we finally found our dream home, Jeannine jumped into action, making our offer one of the 1st ones submitted. Her guidance helped us get our offer accepted over several others in this competitive COVID market.

Jeannine not only helped us buy our new house, but also sold our old house. Unfortunately, our buyers' agent did not assemble the best team for them, which created several issues along the way. Jeannine not only helped my family out, but went above and beyond and helped the buyer as well. Without Jeannine's professionalism, reputation, and strong connections in the real estate community, I wholeheartedly believe the buyers would not have found a lender, would not have completed all the paperwork in time, and ultimately would not have been able to buy our house. That in turn, would have slowed up our transition to our new home.
