I've loved every bit of my 45+ years in the real estate business and proud to be a Broker Associate with RE/MAX Realty Plus, the #1 real estate team which sells more real estate than any single brokerage office or team in Highlands County.
An ordinary real estate agent I'm not, often jokingly referring to myself as "the odd ball in the business." In the 90's my mentor (still my mentor today) taught me "watch what other real estate agents are doing and don't do that," an advice that has served my customers well over the years and as a result more than 60% of my business comes from repeat and referrals.
Some of my strengths are asking a lot of questions, learning what the customer really wants, being boldly honest about what it's going to take to sell or buy a property; accepting a seller's listing ONLY if I truly believe I can help within their time frame and keeping everyone informed. I'm very organized, disciplined and focused.
The responsibility of selling someone's property or finding someone their ideal property, is something I take very seriously. Buyers and sellers get my best advice without any "sugar coating just to get their business."
I DO NOT make promises I can't keep and my sellers can cancel our agreement if they are not happy for any reason and there's NEVER a transaction fee charge on the seller or buyer side.
Every year I set a goal for how many folks I want to work with and I get to work to reach that goal. The volume or the number of transactions I close are strictly from my efforts and not of "a team" which is like a brokerage office within an office. A team within a brokerage is where other agents are working with buyers/sellers and only 1 agent gets the credit. I'm not after the credit - I just want to help you get what you want in the time frame you want.
