We would definitely recommend The Parish Team!! We listed our home with Jed and felt he suggested the perfect price and our home sold very quickly. His commission was very fair and his knowledge is great. We were incredibly impressed with his expertise when he was showing us homes. He pointed out possible asbestos, leaks, water damage and several other concerns to question the sellers. He was very patient in our search and didn't stop until we found the perfect home for us. My husband and I received several recommendations when we started looking for a realtor but after speaking with Danielle, it was a no brainer. Our first phone call was full of transparency, undivided attention, and respect. Danielle and Jed are kind, persistent, and more responsive than I could’ve asked for. They offer an incredible balance together and left us with an understanding of the entire home buying process. They were there every single step of the way as offers fell through, houses we loved didn’t work out, and several moments we just felt stuck. We highly recommend working with Jed and Danielle during the search for a new home. They were great partners throughout our entire experience, from beginning to end. We had a general idea of what areas we were interested in and what details we were looking for in a home, but there was also a lot we didn’t know, being first time homeowners. They knew the right questions to ask in order for them to better understand our thoughts as well for us to organize these thoughts in our own minds throughout the process as we began looking and as we started to narrow down our search. They were always very open and patient with all of our questions, and being first time homeowners, we had a lot. They gave very real answers and feedback when we asked their thoughts, while pointing out so much we would have never even thought of. We really appreciated that we never felt pressured to make any decision, they were always there to slow us down, reassure us that there would be more to come, and always more than willing to go out and see more homes (or return to homes we wanted another look at). They were super flexible with our schedules, which was very much appreciated. In the end, they were there to help us find our home ahead of schedule and under budget. On top of all of this, one key factor that cannot go unmentioned is that we had an awesome time with these two. They are extremely approachable and fun to be around, which is incredibly important during what could be a stressful process. We will definitely be working with The Parish Team again in the future. Jed was great to work with and would recommend him to anyone in the area. We were under a time crunch and trying to get out of house that was tough to sell due to its small size and a selling season that was coming to its end. He is a great communicator; keeps you informed and keeps the process simple. You'll find a modern approach to his selling and the legal team he partners with is very easy to deal with as well as tentative to your needs. As a seller you really have to do very little and you get a lot in return.
