My wife and I met Jeff as he was the listing agent for the home we eventually purchased. Jeff was so incredible to work with that we used him as our agent to both purchase our new home and to sell our existing home, which he sold in 4 days for us! Aside from being a rock star agent, Jeff was able to fill many of the gaps that our lawyers weren't able to do for us. If I know anyone in my area that is selling or purchasing a home, I will undoubtedly recommend working Jeff - he is incredible.

We’ve used Jeff twice now, for both selling a home and buying a home. We highly recommend him! Jeff is highly knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and helpful. We moved to the area from out-of-state, in the middle of the pandemic, and he made the process easy. Jeff Abbott recently assisted me in purchasing a new town home and selling my old home. Here are five reasons he deserves a 5 star review:
1.Jeff is prompt and punctual and almost always available. If he says he going to do something, he does it and he does it on time.
2.Jeff knows the market very well. He is savvy about how much to pay for a new place and how much to expect from your old home.
3.Jeff does his due diligence and backs up his opinions with facts.
4.Jeff is very resourceful and can connect you to expert financial, legal, and home repair professionals.
5.Jeff is a genuinely nice person who is not going to pressure you into doing something you don’t want to do.

I highly recommend Jeff Abbott with CRIS Realty. We interviewed several Real estate agents to help us sell and purchase a new home in Frankfort. We chose Jeff based on a friend’s recommendation and on his market knowledge of the area. It didn’t hurt that his locally owned company is a leader in Frankfort. On the sale side Jeff had our home under contract for over asking price with multiple offers in just a few days. He did a brilliant job of marketing. It seemed it was advertised everywhere. Professional photos, newspaper ad, all the Real Estate websites, Social Media, etc. He even helped with Staging advise before it was professionally photographed. It was a record sale price for our neighborhood. On the buy side we had some strict requirements and were having a hard time finding what we were looking for. Jeff called several of the top agents in the area and found a home that was already under contract, but we were able to bump it because of a sale contingency. Our appraisal came in much higher than the purchase price so we already have good equity in our new home. He picked up the phone every time we had a question. He had great recommendations for mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and movers. If you are considering buying or selling don’t waste your time interviewing other agents just call Jeff.

If you need honesty and professionalism call Jeff. He helped me find some land that I am going to use for truck/trailer parking. I found one lot, but was not able to figure out who owned it, Jeff found them in no time. We are moving in now. Great job Jeff!
