My family recently bought our first home in Urbana, and we couldn’t have done it without Laura and Jeff Finke. From start to finish, they were the perfect team for us. Being first-time homebuyers, we had tons of questions, and they guided us every step of the way.

Laura and Jeff were incredibly proactive in showing us properties. They made sure we saw a variety of options that met our criteria, helping us make a truly informed decision. As we got close to our negotiation deadlines, they stayed on top of everything, which eased so much of the stress that comes with the home-buying process.

Even after closing, they've continued to be a resource, offering advice and support as we settle in. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients and their satisfaction with their new home. For anyone looking to buy a home in the Urbana area, I can’t recommend Laura and Jeff Finke highly enough. Buying a house virtually sounded like a rollercoaster waiting to happen, but Laura and Jeff made it feel like a walk in the park.
From day one, they were on the ground in Champaign for us, doing a ton of virtual calls to show us properties. It was almost like having a close friend or family member there to help us navigate the scene. Their advice was always spot-on—never pushy, just genuinely helpful. They kept us in the loop at all times, and it was clear that they were really listening to our needs and concerns. They made us feel like we were their top priority. From pointing out the pros and cons of different neighbourhoods to helping us envision how we could make a space our own, they thought of everything.
Every step of the way, they went above and beyond. From virtual tours to negotiating with sellers, they had our backs. It felt like they really got us and what we were looking for in a home, you know?
Their support didn't stop at closing. They've been there for us even after the deal was sealed, guiding us through the next steps like recommending local contractors, and just making sure we're settling in alright.
So, if you're in the market for a home in Champaign, Jeff and Laura are the people you want on your team. They made the whole process a breeze, and we can't thank them enough. Five stars aren't enough for these two!

Jeff & Laura walked us through every step of the home buying and home selling processes and made the experience truly life changing for us.
