Jeff has been our real estate agent since 2013 (for both residential and commercial). We loved the service we first received in 2013 and since referred him to my parents and in-laws. Any time we hear someone in the market I always tell our friends and family they HAVE to hire Jeff. Not only is he available and approachable, he assesses his clients needs and applies his vast knowledge in real estate to obtain the best deals/options for them. My husband and I trust him entirely and even sometimes pick his brain about new commercial options and investment properties. I would NEVER choose another Real Estate agent. If you selling, buying, renting you have to speak to Jeff Derp!!!

I needed an agent to represent me and my wife to purchase a property we saw on Zillow that fit exactly what we were looking for. As it was, we were living in California looking to get our hands on a property in Delaware accross the country. Not exactly convenient. I left messages with 3 or 4 different agents in the area. I felt we needed to act fast in a frothy market. Jeff Derp was the first to respond. I explained our situation. He drove over to the property where we did a video tour. He gave me detailed information helping us tour as if we were there. This was on a Monday, and by Wednesday our offer was accepted. As I understand it, we were up against 3 competing offers. I trully believe that if it wasn't for Jeff's negotiating experience, rapid response and knowledge of the local market, we would have missed out on this property we badly wanted. If anyone out there needs an agent, I strongly recommend Jeff. Professional, reliable, responsive, knowledgeable and super friendly. He made the whole experience painless and in the end we got what we were looking for.

We worked with Jeff in October when we bought our first home in North Wilmington, Delaware. From the very beginning he was super knowledgeable about the market. The housing market was so hot we could not have gotten our offer in fast enough without his help. When we saw the listen for our house we knew it was perfect for us.
