Jeff graduated from the Conway Springs, Kansas, high school in 1972 and then graduated from Kansas State University in 1976 with an Agronomy degree. He married Patti Warner in 1975. They have made Conway Springs their home since leaving Manhattan. Together, they have five children, Tiffani, Cherese, Chelsi, Rachel, and Stratton. Patti and Jeff love south-central Kansas as a great place to raise a family and do business. They have been involved in the family farm their entire adult lives. Patti taught in the early years at Goddard High School. Both of their families (parents, siblings, and children) have lived in the area their entire lives.
Real estate has been a passion of Jeff’s since becoming an agent in 1981. Over the years, he has enjoyed developing knowledge and experience in nearly every type of real estate activity, from selling farms and ranches to homes and commercial properties, doing residential developments, and then creating mobile home parks and commercial developments. Building up the talents of those involved with Lange Real Estate is the core purpose of our company which in turn delivers great results for the client.
Along with being the owner of Lange Real Estate, Jeff has several other responsibilities. Jeff is the managing partner of Equisset, an organization that offers asset-based financial solutions, and Acquipt, a business equipment leasing company. He is actively transforming and revitalizing the southwest quadrant of Wichita and newly branding it Crossgate District. This includes Steeple Bay, a mixed-use waterfront property just off of I-235, Ironhorse Manufacturing Park, BrightWater Bay: Lake Resort and Saddlecreek Crossing Shopping Center, to name a few. He is also the founder of RedGuard, a manufacturer of blast-resistant buildings and portable storage units. Through each of these ventures, Jeff has developed a keen understanding of the importance of good teamwork and surrounds himself with a group of highly trained professionals dedicated to meeting each customer’s unique needs.
