Within one of the fastest moving markets in the country there is an abundance of realtors, selecting the right one can be extremely difficult and frustrating. Jeff McElroy was BEYOND helpful! I am a huge DIY guy and honestly didn’t think I needed someone to help with the home search process. The condo I purchased was found by Jeff and I originally didn’t even want to look at it. That right there just goes to show how much attention he spent listening to what my needs and wants were. During the negotiation, he spent hours double checking contracts and making sure I was getting what I wanted. My advice to anyone who is new or even revisiting the home buying process… Call Jeff. I promise you he wont waste your time. He is extremely organized and on time. For me, those two reasons alone are worth it but you should really see this guy in action.

Jeff, I appreciate you helping me out with one of the most stressful purchases I have ever made and allowing me to take a breath with your guidance.

Jeff was great to work with. I was looking for an investment home/house hack. Initial a duplex, Jeff told me these were going to be hard to get. He was right. Then we switched gears and started looking at single family home. He zeroed in on exactly what we were looking for in a future rental property and had a very specific strategy to get one. Jeff lined up houses to look at and we were able to get under contract the first day we looked at houses. He got us a house that will allow us to up date it and do a cash out refi so we can walk out with all of our money back. He knows the market. I would 100% recommend and I will use him again for my next purchase.
