Jeff is amazing. We were quite nervous about the process of selling our first house, considering we were short on time due relocating back to Maine. Jeff walked us through step-by-step, made sure We knew what to expect, and offered expert advice that helped us through the negotiations. And, he got our house under contract in less than 48 hours. Jeff Miletich of Reliant Reality went above and beyond to sell my property at the best marketable price. He spent his time figuring out exactly how a new buyer would look at the property and spent his personal time helping to groom the property to get it ready to sell. Multiple offers came in once listed, several of thousands above asking price . The home sold within 24 hours, and the closing occurred within 2 weeks! My family and I were fortunate to hire Jeff Miletich to sell our home in Hendersonville, TN. and he was outstanding.

Jeff provided us with outstanding data on what was going on in Nashville and the surrounding areas related to the housing market. He provided us with all available information / comps for our area so that we were able to price our home competitively.

Jeff had his work cut out for him. I had already relocated to another state while my husband remained at the house in order to take care of a number of items before the house could be put on the market. Jeff helped us find the right contractors who got things done in no time at all. He truly went beyond the call of duty when he personally rolled up his sleeves to help my husband get the house ready for sale.

We saw our listing and were thrilled with the look and details. We received three offers on the home. One of the offers was from a Buyer that had not even seen the home. The home sold the first day it was on the market.

Jeff is a true professional and a genuinely a great guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

Jeff faced a daunting task of finding us a home that we would have the confidence in making an offer without actually visiting the property for sale. While we did spend a day with him scouring multiple Gallatin areas before returning home, we found a property that we did make an offer on albeit unsuccessfully.
Using his extensive experience Jeff was able to turn that into an positive search strategy & subsequently successful bid on a home we moved into within 35 days of finding it. And that from 1700 miles away from Gallatin.
Jeff did this with what we'd best describe as a firm hand in a velvet glove which proved to at least us, to be the kind touch of an effective yet gentle man knowledgably leading us through a maze we could have easily become discouraged in traversing. His professionalism at every turn in that maze in finding us the right house was the hallmark of never losing faith in the hope that "our house" was waiting for us at the end of that maze.
