Jeff is founder and president of Morris Realty & Auction in 2007. He graduated the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) - 2010, the highest designation available to an auctioneer and earned his AARE designation, Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate in 2007. Real estate broker since 1980. Licensed auctioneer since 2004. Licensed real estate broker and auctioneer in the states of Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, North Carolina and Florida. Jeff has been a commissioner on the Tennessee Auctioneer Commission since 2012.

In November, 2021 Jeff was inducted into the Tennessee Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame.
