Hello, I'm Jeff Peterson with RE/MAX Results out of the Apple Valley office. Finding the right Realtor for you and your family is very important. I'm not part of a huge team that deals in volume. I personally don't like the idea of handing off your file to someone that isn't licensed or knows everything. My approach to clients is simple, I explain everything and provide all potential paperwork upfront so you have time to read it and ask questions when time to sign. There is an old saying ( there's more than one way to skin a cat.) Meaning: most agents have their own way of doing something. Working with me is a team event, some agents only let you play ball with them if you do everything they say, not my approach. The home that your selling or buying is one of the biggest investments you will ever have. Make sure the realtor that you choose to hire knows the market and has a proven track record and also receives referrals from past clients not just buying leads to find new business.
My job as a Professional Realtor is not to try and talk you into a home to purchase but to educate you on the market place so when the right home comes along you will know it. For sellers I will sit down and explain how other agents work and why I do things the way I do. As a local Realtor for over 16 years, I take pride in being the most honest, and ethical Realtor providing service with excellence to each and every one of my clients. Working by referral and keeping in constant contact with past clients keeps me pretty busy. Having served my country in the National Guard, it has been ingrained in me to protect people at any cost – and I apply that same concept into my business.
