Jeff Wallick

Originally started in the Real Estate Business in 1983 with Century 21 in Columbus, NE. Few years
later I ended up in California and was licensed with Century 21 Barrett Realty. Stepped out of Real
Estate and moved to Iowa when I got married and raised 7 wonderful kids. When my kids got
through the Middle school ages and all the recreational sports I coached I went back into Real
Estate in Iowa. Also can help disperse personal property as I have been and auctioneer since 1982.
Both live in-person auctions as well as online auctions. My home office is in Tipton Iowa at 401 W
9th Street, Tipton, IA 52772, I work a 70 mile radius of Tipton in my real estate and auction business.
