Jeff has been in the "people" business for over 45 years and prides himself on integrity, loyalty, and persistent communication with his customers. He thrives on fun and devoted relationships. Jeff is always prepared to do what it takes to get the job done. In 2010, after 35 years of service in the industrial tool business, he decided to pursue his passion for real estate.
A Bloomington, IN native and Indiana University graduate, Jeff joined RE/MAX Realty Professionals part time until late 2014. In 2015, the same year he and his wife bought a vacation home in Naples, Jeff went full time with real estate. He quickly rose to the top becoming a Platinum Club winner in 2016, 2017, and 2019.
In 2020 Jeff explored commercial real estate and finished the year with sales of $36 million in combined residential and commercial transactions. In 2021 he joined Millican Realty allowing him the flexibility to sell both residential and commercial properties. Now, also, licensed in the FL, Jeff concentrates on residential real estate in both states.
Having owned fourteen homes himself, and closing hundreds of transactions, Jeff has a strong understanding of the customer's needs. Whether it be a desired style, architecture, budgeting, floor plan placement or staging, he has the solutions.
Jeff's knowledge of construction quality, contemporary trends and the value of investing makes him well suited for a successful client/customer partnership. He relishes in the challenge of negotiating and the "art of the deal". Your bottom line is his top line priority!
Jeff enjoys working with first time home buyers and sellers, seniors, multi-family property investors and the seasoned clientele of all ages. He is excited to be affiliated with John R. Wood Properties and looking forward to servicing Naples and the surrounding areas.
When not selling a home, Jeff, and his wife Pam, enjoy gardening, biking, playing cards, the beach, travelling, and their two children plus triplet grandchildren. Let us not forget Jeff's love of classic 1960's automobiles. Look for him in his 1964 yellow Thunderbird. It is a beauty!
