Jeff is a go getter. He gave me some good advice before I put my house on the market to help me sell it. Once listed, I had several viewings and within a short time it sold. Jeff and Tammy were awesome. They listened to our wants and needs and helped us narrow down our search. This proved to be extremely valuable as we were moving from out of state and needed them to scope out locations and homes for us while we were trying to wrap things up at our old house.They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of our real estate questions from start to finish. They were easy to communicate with and accessible. On top of all of that, Tammy and Jeff are friendly and easy to talk to about buying a home as well as fun tips/ suggestions about the area. Jeff was great, starting with contacting him to show this home to me ASAP, to getting home inspection done quickly.
There was a problem with the roof and questionable serious leaks from water stains in the interior of the home. Jeff contacted a roofing expert, and had it inspected for possible costly repairs and therefore being a reason to either negotiate the price of the home, or just not purchase it.
It all worked out and I'm in my beautiful home and loving it.
Call Jeff next time for your move, You will not be disappointed!

Jeff is an amazing realtor. I worked with Jeff for just over 2 years to find my home during one of the hardest times to buy a home. Jeff is very easy to talk to and has great communication with you about every step of the process. You can immediately tell he is very knowledgeable about anything could you ask about with a home. Jeff has experience you want when looking for your perfect home. He went to bat for me during the final steps making sure I got a good deal and in my case specificly made sure I didn't get stuck with the mountain of garbage the previous owners left to be removed.
I am definitely going to use Jeff again when the time comes to get my next house and I would recommend him to anyone who is serious about buying a home. He was on time for every showing and was very flexible with scheduling.

Jeff was a great agent! He was very helpful in explaining the house listing process, explained all paperwork to us, answered all questions we had and the communication was great as well. We had multiple offers within hours after we listed our home and he walked us through the best offer to accept. We closed within 18 days after the purchase agreement was signed. We are very happy and pleased we went with Jeff for our real estate needs!
