Jeffrey Gapen

Jeff has spent more than 25 years helping clients buy and sell property in Louisville and the surrounding areas. After graduating from the University of Louisville with a business degree, he began his career in the mortgage banking industry, later transitioning into sales and project management with a large custom homebuilder. That led him to his true passion – real estate.

Over the years, Jeff has gained expertise in new construction, real estate marketing, mortgage banking, appraising, remodeling, contract negotiation, and commercial real estate. Jeff has mentored dozens of realtors and enjoys sharing his knowledge of the industry.

Jeff and his wife Karen have three boys, Jack, Will & Sam. When he isn't working, Jeff spends as much time as possible with his family, coaching basketball, attending sporting events, and vacationing in their favorite tropical place, Hilton Head Island.
