About Jeffrey

Jeff is an acclaimed member of the real estate community and a valuable resource for both his colleagues and his clients. As the owner and managing broker of Realty Executives Success, Gregory specializes in the Joliet, Shorewood, Plainfield, Channahon, and Minooka markets, working with buyers and sellers of all types including first-time buyers, relocation buyers and sellers, families with estate and distressed sales, and those seeking down payment assistance.

With a knack for negotiation, Gregory pushes his clients to imagine their counterpart’s point of view. “Understanding where other people are coming from and what’s important to them gives negotiating a different feel,” he says. “It reminds everyone that real people are on both sides of the transaction.”

Entering the industry 15 years ago after nearly a decade as the Northern Illinois district sales manager of Mutual of Omaha, Gregory has since followed his passion and found his purpose, earning the Presidential Medallion for Service from the Illinois Association of Realtors, as well as the 2011 Realtor of the Year award. He is known for his willingness to put in long hours, his extensive network, and his accessibility. Last year, his brokerage was recognized by Realty Executives International as the fastest-growing office in the region.

This year, Gregory finished his fourth consecutive year as chairman of the board of Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED). “I am extremely proud of the work that our board of managers has done during these past four years to make MRED one of the best MLS providers in the nation,” he says. Gregory also serves on the National Association of Realtors’ MLS Committee, and he is the chairman of Illinois Realtors’ Realtors Political Action Committee Fundraising Committee and is the NAR Federal Political Coordinator for Congressman Bill Foster. “One of the most rewarding parts of my career is working closely with good friends, both as his clients and as agents in my brokerage.”
