Jeff is an excellent realtor, he went above and beyond for us moving to Kansas from out of state. He looked at a handful of houses for us and was very honest about the quality and details of each home, did not hide anything. Jeff answered his emails, phones and texts almost immediately, most Realtors do not do that. He is very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of the legal aspects of real estate.. Will definitely use him again.

Jeff was recommended to us many years ago by a friend. He’s helped us find our dream home 6 years ago. Then when my mother in law moved here 5 years ago he helped us find the perfect house for her. Finally when my parents moved here he helped them through the process of finding a builder. Recently Our Moms decided to move to Florida & Jeff has been there to sell their homes! It’s was smooth & we enjoy working with him. There really isn’t anything Jeff can’t and won’t do. There isn’t anything he hasn’t dealt with.

We had a large tree fall on the roof of one of the houses 3 days before closing. Jeff didn’t miss a beat. He coordinated everything while staying 100% positive. Turned out to be a 2 week delay and was extremely smooth.

Can’t say enough about Jeff.

All real estate transactions can have complications but we were able to work through unexpected issues and still close on time with his and the other realtors help. I can't recommend Jeff enough! If I was to buy another home, I would choose Jeff as my realtor again in a heartbeat. A coworker of mine recommended Jeff because of how understanding and kind he was to them. And I can confirm that I had the same experience.

He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate. From the pros and cons of different types of home loans, to the paperwork process, to spotting the good and bad qualities of a house. He was able to explain, step by step, the whole process of buying a house. And on top of that, what I could expect, what to watch out for, and how we could do things strategically to make sure I got the house I wanted.

He is dependable. I knew that regardless of the situation we were faced with, we could take it one step at a time and work through it. He understands the perspective of the buyer and the weight of the situation. He made sure to remind me that if we found a house that I liked, we could go back to his office to put together an offer that night.

As first time home buyers we came in needing to learn a bit and had tons of questions. Jeff took us under his wing and made the process so informative, clear and smooth during this market! Jeff is great at communicating and is just a quick text or call away. I should add, he was humorous and so personable!

Jeff was our realtor this year when we bought our first home in what was possibly the craziest market the area has seen. Not only was he up for tackling that challenge with us, but we were also buying a house while living out of state, so we were only able to tour homes via FaceTime. Our experience with him was nothing short of fantastic. He always responded quickly to us when we found homes we were interested in and prioritized getting us in to look at them. Buying from afar is difficult but Jeff was honest about potential flaws in homes and their neighborhoods, as well as their advantages. He always communicated thoroughly and helped us manage our expectations. We ended up with the perfect home and we beat several other offers because of the contract terms he suggested. He’s reliable, honest, knowledgeable, and one of the kindest people I know. An overall great experience!

On the sale of our home, he provided excellent, up-to-date sales data on homes like ours and helped us price it right the first time. We had an offer the first day at a price that was higher than we thought we'd be able to ask.

When buying our new home, Jeff was extremely focused on the precise needs and wants our family had and helped us find the perfect home. He did an excellent job answering our questions and concerns about the property and obtaining concrete, positive results in everything we negotiated during the entire process.

As a young first time buyer I felt like I had endless questions. I was referred to Jeff by an acquaintance and I couldn't be happier I called him. Jeff was the most patient and understanding guy to work with I've ever dealt with. We looked at over 35 houses and never once did I feel pressure from him to make a decision.
