Jeff Klein has been a real estate professional since 1978 and received his broker’s license in 1981. He holds a degree in Economics and Finance form Rutgers University (Go Scarlet Knights!). Jeff specializes in Market Research and Analysis; he works in residential and commercial real estate. Jeff monitors all sales from binder to contract, financing to closing and follows up on customer satisfaction. Jeff is also a partner and managing member of Olde Mon. Builders. As the son of a builder Jeff has been involved in various aspects of construction since 1974. Olde Monmouth Builders has done many different projects in the residential and commercial arenas. Olde Monmouth Builders most recent residential project is a 5,000 sq. ft. custom home located in the West Allenhurst section of Ocean Township. On the commercial front Olde Monmouth Builders just finished a complete renovation on an early childhood educational center also located in Ocean Township.
