Jeffrey is hands down THE BEST real estate agent we have ever met. He works tirelessly for his clients every step of the way. He is extremely thorough, and will double and triple check every detail so not to make any mistakes or miss anything, which we appreciate so much! He seems to somehow ALWAYS make himself available to show us houses or be there for whatever is needed. We recently just purchased our first home and Jeffery made it extremely easy! From Bringing literature on the home buying process to our home, to answering his phone/ giving us a call back within minutes. Was referred to Jeff Lona though our lender. Was the best choice we made and knew it the first time we met him. A realtor that works with you ever step of the process. His first presentation helped us understand the home buying process and made us feel comfortable with it. His military background shows well in his thorough and well thought out plan for each different home we looked at. I couldn't have asked for a better Realtor. Jeff made the process extremely easy for us. He did all the leg work and the system that we had set up made it easy for us to look at houses. Not only that, when we would find houses we were interested in, it took no time at all to do a walk through of the house in person. Not to mention, Jeff was prior military and if its one thing I know about current or former military men and woman is that they are very passionate no matter what their profession is and they will bend over backward to help others succeed.

Jeff is the perfect real estate agent for a first time buyer like us. He was very honest when we had questions and was able to explain things if we were unsure. He made us feel so comfortable with the process and never rushed us at all. We looked at DOZENS of houses, but never once did I feel rushed or like he was pushing us into buying. Jeff was always quick to respond when we wanted to see a house would meet us at any time of day. He isn't just trying to make a sale. He truly cares about helping people find the perfect house. I will be the first to say Jeffrey Lona is an amazing realtor. When you think of realtors you think pushy or just trying to make a sale, but not Jeffrey. We were his clients for about 9 months during that time he had shown us at least 5-10 houses. We were very stern and strict about what we wanted in a house. He would show us a house and we would turn it down due to minor things that didn’t matter to anyone else, but mattered to us. Jeffrey understood that and didn’t pressure us to buy a house. There was one point when we were just going to settle for a house and Jeffrey said to us “he didn’t see that sparkle in our eyes” so we listened and not only two weeks later we found our home. We didn’t get our offer accepted first, but the other couple fell through buying and as soon as it was up on the market again Jeffrey was all over it. Our offer was accepted within 24hrs and our home buying process was quick. He set up the entire closing and everything. He makes buying a home easy and cares about you and your wants needs. He does what he can to help and wants you to know he is there for you and he will do everything in his power to make your home buying experience easier.
