Jeff McDonald is a well-respected veteran member of the Seattle real estate market and offers his clients a unique combination of skills and knowledge based on his over twenty years of experience as a Realtor, Operations Manager, and Managing Broker.

Originally from Vancouver, B.C., Jeff arrived in Seattle in 1995 to manage the development of three signature projects by Canadian developers Charlwood Pacific Properties (owners of Century 21 Canada). The Canadian development group helped secure the Lauren Renee, Elektra, and the Lofts at 210 Third as signature properties on First Hill, Capitol Hill, and in Pioneer Square.

During these years, Jeff was involved in all facets of real estate in regard to marketing, development, and construction, which has provided him with a concrete foundation to understand market economics in the city of Seattle and King County.

Operations management turned to sales in early 2000, when Jeff first obtained his broker’s and managing broker’s license to better serve all his clients in new construction, re-sale, and project marketing. This re-focus has led to the successful representation of hundreds of new construction condominiums, conversions, town homes, and single-family residences. This successful navigation of the real estate market has earned Jeff awards such as the 2015 Centurion Producer.

Jeff is investment savvy with a high success rate of finding valuable homes for his clients. His work with international clientele, world knowledge through travel, ability to work with c-level clients and Seattle’s technology crowd has earned him his position as a sought-after broker in Seattle and the Eastside.
