HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY?
I have been in the industry for three years – two with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty.

WHAT INITIALLY DREW YOU TO THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY?
I have always had a passion for helping people change their lives. Through a lifestyle minded approach, I found real estate in our luxury market is completely about enhancing one’s life. Real estate allows me to focus more on my community and how it thrives and I’m able to share that with families from all over the world. My love for people and how I can make their lives better will always be my focus in my real estate career.

WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR BIGGEST ACCOMPLISHMENT IN YOUR CAREER?
Growing quickly, becoming part of a great team and giving back to my community. Allowing myself to balance life, work and play in the mountains of Colorado.

WHAT IS A TREND THAT YOU ARE CURRENTLY KEEPING YOUR EYE ON IN THE INDUSTRY?
Social Media – due to its strength in communicating with customers and showcasing inventory. Customers are seeking ways to be a part of something and be involved. Social media allows the consumer a safe way to communicate and views our lifestyle in the mountains. Beyond properties, social media allows the consumer to connect with you and live vicariously through your activities in the Rocky Mountains.

PERSONALLY, WHAT DRIVES YOU IN THIS INDUSTRY?
– My family, first and foremost, but a close second would be the opportunity to be more philanthropic in my community.
– Real estate brokers with drive, tenacity and most importantly integrity.

– I am most passionate about people and using our expertise, resources, and global connection to share our mountain lifestyle.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOBBIES/INTERESTES OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE?
Volunteering in my community, mountain biking, fly fishing, skiing, cross country skiing, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT LIVING AND WORKING IN COLORADO?
Our lifestyle and focus on healthy habits. Since I moved to the mountains, my family has never looked back. we knew we made the right decision from day one. The people and spirit will embrace you and then the scenery will seal the deal. Not to mention the hundreds of outdoor activities right at your fingertips.

WHAT COMMUNITY DO YOU LIVE IN? WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT IT?
I live directly across from Beaver Creek Ski Resort with views of both Vail and Beaver Creek. Wildridge is a beautiful neighborhood backed up to national forest and open space. The neighborhood watches out for each other, maintains the streets, and welcomes you every day. Wildridge has several mountain bike courses and camping spots right out your back door for the summer. Quiet and peaceful, this is one of the Vail Valley’s secrets.
