Working with Jeff to buy our home greatly exceeded our expectations. His knowledge of homes is exceptional. He was able to advise us about all the problems with homes we saw and approximately how much it would cost to address them and also very accurately estimated the prices that homes would sell for. His philosophy of talking clients out of a home rather than talking them into one was so reassuring. We relied heavily on his advice and felt that he was looking out for us and helping to protect our investment. Even after our home purchase, Jeff has continued to go above and beyond, recommending vendors and helping us troubleshoot issues. He’s a fantastic realtor and we’ll highly recommend him to friends.

When I went on Zillow to get an idea of what I wanted for a house I had no idea how extensive the process was. I was matched with Jeff and when I tell you he made the process as smooth as it could possibly be without the hefty amount of stress! He explained everything in detail and with patience.

I am a highly anxious person and he was understanding, patient, upfront, extremely communicative and just all in all an amazing person! He has such an incredible team behind him that he was able to recommend me to who were also just as passionate about what they did.

I am so glad to have met and worked with Jeff. There is no one better! He made sure I got into a house I loved and would be able to sell without the pressure of being on a time crunch. He would not have sold me something without value (I learned) and had no problem standing up for me if he felt something wasn't right. He is a genuine person through and through and I am forever grateful.

His wife Melissa is also a gem! If Jeff wasn't available she would make sure I was on the right track. They never left me in the dark, not once.

All in all I would give more than 5 stars if possible, even this isn't enough to express my gratitude!

My husband and I worked with Jeff to purchase or first home. It took us a year and half to find our place. Our search took a long time since we were very picky about the home we wanted, we were month to month on our current lease so we had the ability to take our time, and it was a seller's the market so we lost out on a lot of bids. Through it all Jeff stuck with us. He kept us motivated, he was never pushy and always patient.

Jeff has a contractor's knowledge when it comes to assessing the condition of a house, whether it's the roof, windows, pool, mechanicals, etc., and will tell you if he sees something that needs repair or is an issue. He also has a great network of people for everyone from home inspectors, mortgage brokers, home insurance agents, lawyers, and so on. He streamlined the whole process for us when we found the right property (and also helped us back out of a property that was found to have too many issues).

On top of all that, Jeff has a thorough knowledge of the entire state of Connecticut and will tell you which towns align with what you're looking for. He's also friendly, makes himself available, and is always there to answer questions (of which we had many). I can't emphasize enough how helpful Jeff was throughout our long search and the stressful moments we experienced as first-time home buyers.

Zillow randomly paired me with Jeff when I was casually interested in looking at a property that went under contract before we could get an appointment. When I needed a rough appraisal of my previous house, Jeff volunteered to do it without hesitation, run comps and do a walk through to give us an idea, even though we were very unlikely to sell it through an agent (and he knew this). Finally, when I was ready to land a new place in Manchester, Jeff knew the town, every neighborhood, the market there, he knew in advance what was good and bad about every place we looked at, even the newest listings. He cautioned me on some places that I really liked until I found the right place, and then he negotiated fiercely, and successfully, in my interest. But above all that, Jeff seemed to drop everything to make time for whatever I asked of him, whether it was looking at a property he knew was a loser, or getting my family from out of town into the house I had under contract, when there was nothing in it for him. He never let me feel like anything other than his most important client. Working with him was a flawless experience, and while I don't hope to move soon, he will get my continued recommendation to anyone looking for an agent. Knowledgable, reliable, communicative guy who always has your back. Can't say enough about him.

After my selling experience I would never recommend anyone other than Jeff for any real estate needs. He made the process so easy and understandable! Buying and selling a home can be very stressful, and there are so many moving parts with the process that need to align.
