Jeff’s reputation is well deserved. My family & I were PCS’ing from Puerto Rico to Wichita and he was there all the way in our home buying journey. Jeff looked at about 10-15 homes for us and we submitted roughly about 5-6 offers in the process. Ultimately our offer was accepted for the home that was for us. Jeff even picked up us from the airport (last minute) because there wasn’t an Uber large enough to transport my family and our luggage. He is an expert in his field but being as personable as he is made the overall experience really enjoyable. To Felicia Butler, thank you as well. The staff at Dwell made our first time buying experience a smooth one.

Jeffrey Schnell and Dwell Real Estate Group went above and beyond what was expected and needed for our military move from the west coast to Wichita, KS. Being a military family we didn't know anyone here in Wichita, but was recommended Dwell by a colleague. After talking with Jeff, working with his team, and getting to know his family they all helped us in ways we never imagined. His team is outstanding and there should be no question when it comes to your home needs for a smooth and easy process of buying or selling your home. He is personable, prompt, professional, and has a referral for just about anything you need in town. Jeff is more than just a realtor to us he is our friend and we are unbelievably thankful for all he has done to help us settle into Kansas that much easier.

Nicolle made selling our house so easy. Things moved so fast and she did an excellent job: Always responded to texts & e-mails, arranged for outstanding beautiful pictures of house, arranged for repairs requested by buyer, arranged for less expensive repairs when quotes for repair came back a little high from one contractor, talked me off the ledge after buyer's counteroffer, helped through the closing. If we ever move back to the area we will be using Dwell and Nicolle.

Jeff Schnell is by far the best realtor you can ask for. I purchased my first home with my wife knowing absolutely nothing about the process. He took us and walked through everything with us. He helped me back in 2020 by purchasing our first home. February of 2021 I texted him for some help regarding property tax. He called me within a few minutes of that text, talk to me like family and helped me out. I would without a doubt recommend Jeff to anybody out there looking for a smooth experience!

I have purchased and sold several houses in my life due to relocations because of job and other circumstances and have been through many different real estate agents. Jeff is one of the most knowledgeable people I've ever met as far as housing. He knows about everything from purchasing to building, from foundations to roofs and pretty much everything in between. And if he doesn't know about it, he knows someone who does. He's a great man, extremely helpful, and is willing to do almost anything to help his customer. If you have a chance to work with this guy I highly suggest that you do!

Jeff was amazing. We were on a short time line to purchase a house and Jeff did everything he could to ensure we closed before our lease was up. The first day Jeff contacted us he drove from Oklahoma just to show us houses that same night. Walking through the home we wanted Jeff gave his expertise on numerous things that us as new homeowners wouldn't even think about. The process was so easy. In a matter of 6 weeks we went from renters to home owners. The first night in our new home our AC wouldn't kick on and we asked Jeff if he knew anything about it and came to our house within an hour and fixed it.
