Jeffrey Wood

Being a lifelong resident of the Middleton Area, Jeffrey has grown to love Wisconsin including all the warmth and cold that go with the territory. Therefore, he decided to call his business page “My hometown” as he has been in Middleton for over 47 years. Jeff has a beautiful wife and soulmate Laurie, and two amazing kids, Carson, and Nolan, & yes one girl Bella, (dog...teddy bear). he has held his license as a broker/sales associate since 1997. Just a little history on his past and why he is here today.

In the beginning, as a younger gent, he remembers going door-to-door selling all kinds of things participating in 8-hour skate-a-thons, selling pizza is, doing about anything to raise money for organizations, charities, and fundraisers. He even got in trouble one time for calling an Easter Seals telethon (on TV) and donating $10. His parents were not too happy when they received the bill. However, his intentions were always good natured! Jeff was never afraid to talk with anybody, people he knew or did not know, was all very much the same to me. As he grew older, he really enjoyed any job that involved sales. When he reached twenty-seven my love for real estate really started to grow. He took a job as a loan originator for a local lender (Mortgage broker in Residential loans) he worked in that position for a brief period to learn the “numbers side” of transactions. At that time, he encountered a realtor needing assistance. So, he decided to switch from the finance side and obtained my real estate license in 1997. This launched his career in real estate. He collaborated with that gentleman for 13 years at REMAX Preferred (local Madison firm.) Managing all facets of the real estate business. Having a great deal of success, they grew to five team members in size and became a top producing team which led him to start his own business at Keller Williams Realty in 2011. Jeffrey has been there ever since, working in real estate creating relationships worth having that will last a lifetime!
