Jen Dillard is the lead agent of the Jen Dillard Real Estate Team and affiliated with Real Broker, LLC. What separates Jen from the rest of the pack is her considerable experience, not just as a real estate professional, but as a buyer, developer, and investor in real property. Jen has seen transactions from every side, and as such, has fostered a 360-degree view of the real estate transaction process. In addition to her duties as a real estate professional, she also develops, invests in, and manages a wide range of properties, including more than 700 multifamily, commercial, and hospitality units, here in the Columbia Gorge and in markets across the United States.

While she invests in markets across the country, she has deep roots in the Pacific Northwest and is well-positioned to assist clients with their home needs. Jen and her husband Travis (a Hood River native) live in the Hood River Valley, along with their two children, Cade & Henley. She wears many hats in her day-to-day life, including real estate professional, proud mom, sushi-fanatic, and interior-design/home-staging aficionado.
