Jen Schuller

Growing up in a real estate family gave Jen a head start on what the life of a realtor is like. Her parents owned an Iowa Realty Franchise, and she can remember visiting her dad at open house on Sunday while her mom gave him a report on her behavior at church. This was in the days before lockboxes when Realtors had to pick up house keys at the listing firm's office and Jen loved when agents came to her parent's home office so she could hand the key to the agent. Jen became a licensed realtor in 2008 while continuing to work full time in higher education. She left her job in higher education and dove into real estate full time in June of 2014 and earned her Broker Associate License in 2015. Jen collaborates with buyers and sellers of all property types and specializes in helping clients in the new construction process-from interviewing builders to the end product! As a Trainer with HomeServices of Iowa, Jen enjoys training, educating, and helping her colleagues in all aspects of real estate transactions. Jen lives in Ankeny with her husband Greg and is a huge Iowa State fan and enjoys golfing, reading, cooking, shopping, and spending time with friends and family. Little known Jen factoid: She was a three-year letter winner in softball while attending Luther College.
