Jeni Spagnoli

Since my first house flip in 2004, Jeni developed an interest in real estate. She loved touring homes, envisioning the potential, and appreciating quality craftsmanship and design.

A true Northern Virginia native, Jeni lived in Fairfax County for her first 24 years. After graduating from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in English, she migrated to Loudoun County in 2000. Jeni earned he MBA while working as a financial analyst for a big technology company. Once she left the corporate world to raise her children, she became more involved in the community by volunteering for the local Little League, serving on the HOA board, and working as a youth basketball official. It was at a baseball game that she met he future mentor who inspired and endowed her with the courage to pursue my dream of becoming a real estate agent.

While Jeni loves helping clients find their dream house, her first priority is to make them happy while staying within their budget. She strives to make the home buying or selling process fun, easy, and stress-free. The competitor in he likes to win for her clients. I am licensed in Virginia, Maryland and West Virginia, focusing on Loudoun (VA), Frederick (MD) and Jefferson (WV), and surrounding counties.
