Jenifer Velazquez

I’m a proud Nebraskan, born and raised in Lincoln, and a graduate of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with a degree in Agricultural and Environmental Sciences Communication. My education has equipped me with critical communication skills that I apply in both my professional and personal life.

As a member of the Nebraska Army National Guard with five years of service, I’ve developed resilience, hard work, and discipline that extend beyond physical fitness. These values also guide my work as a realtor, where I am committed to providing my clients with trust, support, and dedication throughout their home-buying journey.

I am proud to be a first-generation American, raised by two immigrant parents who taught me the value of perseverance, hard work, and continuous self-improvement. Their example has shaped my personal and professional life, instilling in me a strong commitment to growth and resilience. Growing up in a Spanish-speaking household, I became fluent in both Spanish and English, which has allowed me to build meaningful connections with diverse communities.

Whether through my military service or professional role, I strive to make a positive impact and help others navigate important decisions with confidence.
