Jenifer Woodbury-Baker

I am one of Middle Tennessee's premier real estate agents. I have worked in the real estate and property management industries for over 20 years, and have gained a wealth of knowledge about real estate industry in that time. I have a passion for helping my clients buy and sell their homes and pride myself on making every sale as smooth and transparent as possible. My clients trust is very important to me. I go above and beyond in every sale to ensure that my clients have the knowledge and exposure they need to make the best decisions for them.

I also love working with investors. Due to my extensive experience in property management, I am able to assist my investor clients in finding the best properties that fit their criteria as well as provide them with advice on managing their properties. I assist with analyzing everything about a property, from the financials to a property's condition, to ensure that my clients find a great property that has the return they are looking for. I have successfully assisted my previous investor clients with purchasing and selling many multifamily properties.

On a personal note, I have lived in Tennessee since 1999 and love the opportunities that this area brings. In my spare time, I love spending time with my husband and our three children. I am a Girl Scout troop leader and truly enjoy helping inspire the scouts to become future leaders in their communities. As a breast cancer survivor, I also enjoy participating in initiatives that help further cancer research and spread awareness about breast cancer.
