Mark Laino was a great realtor to have and we are glad we made the decision to use him to sell our home.

He came to the house and provided us with all the information needed and a suggested list price. That suggestion was higher then I expected but he showed comparable homes to back his suggestion. When it came time to sell, we found he was right on with the suggestion. His presentation of the house was phenomenal. Great pictures and a quality listing boasted the house perfectly. We had numerous offers on the first day and Mark called and walked us through each offer and how each would pan out if we chose it. He explained each loan type and the particulars that each have and ultimately let us decide which to chose after having ALL available information.

He was available any time we had a question throughout the process and it could not have been any smoother as a result. His knowledge base of the process is amazing, I do not think I asked any question that he could not confidently answer on the spot.

Mark will not let you down and is the best choice for your home buying/selling needs.

Our agent Cierra Braxton was incredibly patient as we figured out exactly what we were looking for. She responded quickly to texts, calls, and emails. She answered a million questions, and if not sure always found the answer and got back to us immediately. We are grateful for all her hard work and showing property with little warning. Update: I am very pleased with how the owner of this company handled my previous review. After seeing that myself and my husband left a poor review the owner personally called me and explained what had happened, she was very sorry and wanted to make sure we no longer felt like we were taken advantage of. Along with her apology she also issued a refund of our rental application fee. Again, very pleased with her professional demeanor. This shows me she really cares about her clients and their feedback.

Previous review: We have been looking for a rental in the area and we happened to love one that was managed by Marcus Stanley, and we proceeded to submit and application via the link he sent us. When I tell you this man must be busier than the president of the US, I am not exaggerating. He would message us about the potential rental at 9-10pm and when we replied he said he would return with more details regarding a potential lease and then disappeared off the face of the earth. I called, texted, my husband called, texted and NOTHING. All we kept getting was a text saying “I’m busy, how can I help?” which after a while just seemed like a fake automatic message. I have NEVER experienced such level of unprofessionalism from a realtor/property manager. And lastly, we started to get nervous that it was a scam and we tried reaching the Bryant Group directly, and surprise surprise, no answer. Now we have to file a report and hope that Mr. Stanley didn’t steal our identity information, because he sure as heck stole our $50 application fee.
