Jenna Casillo

Jenna Casillo is a full-time realtor in the WNY area, where she was born and raised. Prior to entering the real estate industry, she spent four years in the freight forwarding business, preparing extensive documents daily for truck shipments to cross the border into Canada. She then transitioned to the homecare industry, where she handled insurance claims and equipment orders for patients for the next eight years. During those twelve years, Jenna learned how to provide an extremely high level of customer service. However, deep down she wanted to be a full-time agent because of her desire to do more purposeful work. Jenna has made a commitment to work tirelessly for her clients to make sure they have the best possible experience. Integrity and authenticity are very important to her and form the basis of how she runs her business. She gets to meet wonderful people all the time, many of whom turn into friends along the way. It has been a privilege for Jenna to be able to say that she has found her dreamwork! When not working, Jenna can be found at the beach, doing CrossFit or spending time with her nephew Enzo. She is an avid red wine drinker and spends lots of time outdoors with her black German Shepherd Logan.
