Hand down the best realtor I could have asked for. Always stayed in communication, sending me homes and was very flexible when it came to time. Never showed me anything that did not have potential and was always able to tell me everything about a home. Knows the ins and outs of the KNHS homebuyers program for those located in Kalamazoo. Jennell always gave me her honest opinion of a home and never forced me into anything I did not want to see. She never steered me in the wrong direction and I ended up buying a home with Jennell. What a "BLESSING" Jennell was to me and my family, she was there for us whenever we needed her, answering all of my questions (and I had plenty 😊) and she was available at all times. Jennell is an amazing Realtor! She goes above and beyond for her clients and really puts her clients needs above her own. As a lender, I had the opportunity to help Jennell with one of her Buyers, who was approved FHA. The appraiser on that deal called to have railings put on the front porch and we were days from closing. Jennell lined up some contractors real quick and was able to get the railings up fast so her buyer could close. The amazing part of this dilemma, Jennell stayed at the property for over 6 hours to make sure the work was done to her customer's satisfaction. This is a Realtor you for sure want to work with!
