Jennie Harling

Jennie relocated to Colorado from Illinois where she built a successful career in real estate representing both buyers and sellers. The most important part of any transaction is putting the needs of her clients first, which is why her business strategy is based on building a relationship of trust and understanding with clients, utilizing data to support actions, and implementing problem solving skills throughout the contract-to-closing process.

Jennie’s experience as a certified Project Management Professional laid the foundation for her organization and management skills which carry over into her real estate business. Personal experience as a collegiate athlete and coach contribute to my competitive spirit.

In her free time, Jennie enjoys exploring hiking trails, spending time with her husband and three sons, and spoiling her dog, Lilly.
