Buying a house was a process for our family. A lot of complex decisions had to be made and we were not sure of the best steps or even what questions we needed to ask. Jennifer helped us figure out what was most important to our family and patiently walked us through each decision. At a time when the market seemed scary and unpredictable, she helped us hold onto hope that we would find our “forever home.” We ended up buying a beautiful home that serves our family so well. Jennifer’s expertise and personal care meant a lot to us during the process. A year later we are still so thankful for her help!

As a first time homebuyer, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I was referred to Jennifer by a friend due to the simple fact that she is amazing at walking the buyer through every step of the process, and is an amazing communicator. Jennifer not only educated me about the home buying process, but also provided me additional resources (other contractors, financial service resources, inspectors and more!) and truly made sure I was in good hands during and after close!
I plan to refer anyone who asks about realtors in the area to Jennifer, and if I ever sell my home, I will give her a call!

Jennifer was great to work with. I first worked with her to sell my house. She came by went over how the process works and then walked the house and property. She pointed out things that needed to be taken care of, and helped me stage the house when it came time to put it on the market. She always got back to me very quickly with any questions I had or what was happening with showings. After selling my house she also helped me find my new home. At first she asked questions about what I was looking for. After that she went to work. As this process progressed she would show me what I asked for and payed attention to what I liked and didn’t like. She would then make changes to what we were looking for. So she would constantly change and update the search until we found exactly what we wanted. She was with us every step of the way. Definitely made it a lot easier on you as the seller or buyer. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Once you are in the home she also has a lot of contacts that she is willing to share if needed. Such as general contractors if you were wanting to get work done on the new home to companies that will clean out your duct work. She really does everything she can to help her client. She was able to notice things a liked about certain homes before o even did. Can’t say enough about my experience selling my buying my home with her.

Jennifer was so helpful in our move from Denver to Naperville. She took the time to introduce us to the area so we could get a feel for what would be the best fit for our family before we even house-shopped. She knows her stuff and was a god-send right when we needed it. She even brought donuts and a dog bone to closing for our family (and pup) since we didn’t have a landing place as we hit town. Jennifer was my realtor in January of this year. She came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. When we met at the first house I was presented with a portfolio of all the details of all the houses we would be touring that day, and a map with the houses in that viewing order. I was impressed at how professional she was and carried herself. If we had any questions she had all the information in hand. She wasn't just trying to sell any house and she gave us her impression of the house as well. I believe we saw 10 houses that day and it went very quickly. If you're looking for someone who will give you an honest answer, recommend a stellar lender (who beat every other lender by almost a whole percent in my case), and have great communication through the whole process, then ask for Jennifer.

Jennifer tirelessly & patiently supported my house hunt with valuable inputs about the physical condition of the houses. Meticulously researched to find out all the available houses available at that point of time, which fit my requirements.

Jennifer is an amazing realtor. She worked with my husband and I to sell our current home and buy a new one. She took the time to get to know us, even helping us look for our cat for hours when we thought he went missing while selling our home. When looking at new homes, Jennifer took the time to research the neighborhoods and give us every detail possible to help us make our choice. She also was not afraid to be honest with us and offer her opinion which we absolutely loved. Buying and selling during a worldwide pandemic could have been very stressful and uncertain, but Jennifer truly made it easy and comfortable. We can not recommend her enough.
