Jennifer Arterbury

Jen's interest in real estate began just after she had her third daughter in 2005. She was beginning to explore a new career path when her father-in-law, who holds a 40+ year career as a real estate broker, suggested she consider working for him. She enjoys all the many details of a house: floor plans, square feet, age, style, location, etc. and she quickly learned that she loved helping people find their dream home or selling it even more. Some of the especially unique skills that Jen can offer to her clients are 17 years of advertising and 8 years of photography. Bringing these two skills together has had a positive impact on her real estate career. Her advertising career started when she was 17 years old selling advertising to the local community college. She has sold paper, radio, TV, online, bus, and billboards. In 2002, Jen launched her own advertising agency and has designed campaigns for several businesses throughout the country. In 2008, Jen and her family relocated to Montana, and she became inspired by the Montana landscape to pursue a successful photography business for 8 years. Jen Arterbury constantly utilizes these two skills to truly highlight your home when selling it for you. Jen returned to real estate in 2016 and currently specializes in residential real estate in the Flathead Valley. She expertly combines over 30 years' worth of professional skills and prides herself in the services she provides her clients. She knows their needs and focuses on those needs throughout the entire transition of buying or selling a home. Additionally, Jen gives top-quality assistance during the escrow process and frequently surprises her clients when she quickly answers or returns phone calls, and with the relationship she maintains with her clients after a transaction. Her favorite moment in a relationship with a client is the joy they feel once a home is theirs and it is time to simply relax and enjoy their new Montana home. Jen currently lives in Whitefish, she and her family love lake life, the mountains, bike trails, the small-town feel, and the many activities you can do in the small town of Whitefish. She is a mother of four kids: her two oldest daughters are grown, have graduated from college, and are starting their careers; her youngest daughter and son are teenagers living at home and enjoying sports, music, church, and having fun with their friends in Downtown Whitefish. Jen's hobbies include anything you can do outdoors: kayaking, biking, hiking, and cross-country skiing.
