Jennifer was amazing right from the start. She was locating me condos in the middle of Covid and Face-timing me the showings on each property.
I was able to select a few that I really liked and eventually made a purchase decision on one. I made plans to fly down and she picked me up at the airport and drove me to the property for a walk thru. From there she gave me an amazing 2 hour tour of the area which was hugely helpful. After the local tour, she took me to the law firm for the closing. All went flawless including the lunch she took me on to celebrate!
She made what could have been such a difficult out of state purchase, remarkably easy for me. Mind you, she took care of all the little details that you are not thinking of when purchasing from another state. Truly priceless!
Total professional and I look forward to working with her on the next purchase/sale.

Jennifer Ball went beyond excellence in showing homes after homes and helping us until closing with everything from important issues with our loan to small scrapes while we traveled back and forth to look at homes, finding excellent quality temporary shelter until new home was ready. You couldn't ask for a better real estate agent for people who wanted just the right home at just the right time but traveling far and finding all desirable homes sold and having to rent until one could be built and then the loan company dragging on getting to closing. Jennifer helped with so many issues, at one time telling me DON'T PANIC. I'll never forget her for that. She is such a kind and friendly person. My husband and I love having her for a lifelong friend now and love our new home. We can't appreciate her enough for her time and effort and offers of help and encouragement while we are still getting settled.
