We reached out to Jennifer after we received a flyer that listed all the condos in our development that had sold in the last year with her sales highlighted. Jennifer responded swiftly and met with us on short notice. She was not pushy, in fact the experience was quite pleasant. Jennifer was very knowledgeable and informative; very helpful in determining a price and when to list the property. She was especially helpful in determining which of the four offers was the best for us. She responded promptly to calls and texts. We did have a little difficulty using the Qualia site from MiCasa Title but Jennifer guided us through that process.

Jennifer was awesome! She was super responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. She provided excellent guidance throughout the home selling process. We lived out of town and she would stop by the house to make sure things were coming along. She even went above and beyond when paperwork needed to be signed and delivered. She was able to schedule viewings of all the homes I wanted to see, even rearranging at the last minute to add homes that had just appeared on the market. Working with Jennifer Bayne made this entire process so easy. She kept telling me, "when you walk in the right home, you will know" and she was right! It is open, feels spacious, has character, and has an amazing back patio/deck. It screamed "Jess" the second I walked inside. Jennifer is the absolute best! She was a recommendation from my lender, Baron Scarlett Jr., and it was a perfect match. I along with my boyfriend were first time homebuyers and had no idea of the process. She walked us through it all. We had an idea of what we were looking for in a certain area and Jennifer only showed us options of what was in our budget and location. She never showed us something over. When it came time to visiting these homes she was super flexible with mine and my boyfriend’s schedule. We even asked her one afternoon for a last-minute visit that evening to a home and she met us there. She was super accommodating and thought of us first and foremost. Even if a home looked right for us on paper, she wasn’t afraid after seeing it to tell us if she didn’t think it was right. Once we found the right one she moved quickly to help us get our offer in and eventually accepted. I was selling my condo and moving out of town. Though I had a couple back and forth "changes of heart" before ultimately deciding to list for sale instead of rent, Jennifer was very understanding and ready to assist either way. While I was busy with the move, she negotiated well on my behalf and generally made things very easy for me. We closed in less than 3 months from the original listing agreement; less than one month from the final relisting after some time off market. When it was time to buy our first home, Jennifer was there to help my husband and I view and purchase the right home. We had a list of what we wanted, as well as preferred area, and price. We are moving out of state and ready to build our dream home, but we first needed to secure a contract of sale on our house. We interviewed several Realtors and also had a conversation with our out of state Buyer’s Realtor, who wanted to ensure the process was as seamless as possible. She asked us to let her do her homework and she would do the footwork for finding us a great Realtor in MD. Jennifer Bayne was hand picked for us by a very reputable Realtor who didn’t know Jennifer, but knows what it means to be a great Realtor. She reviewed her stats, her advertising, her reviews, her market area, etc.… We interviewed Jennifer along with a few agents we found on our own.

Jennifer was on time, professional, warm, and easy to talk to. Her presentation and materials were also very impressive. She left us with a sense of confidence in her ability to get our house sold quickly for the right price. I should also mention that our meeting was in October and we wouldn’t have the house ready until just before the Christmas Holiday. The other Realtors we interviewed thought we should wait until spring when the market would be better. Jennifer thought otherwise. No only did she think the holidays would attract the most serious of buyers, but that we could sell our home for much more than the other Realtors we interviewed had suggested.

We placed our home on the market 2 weeks before Christmas. We had our first offer the second day on the market (above asking price) and a total of 3 offers within 3 days! We are settling at the end of January. Jennifer also helped secure a rental home while our new home is being built!

Jennifer is amazing! She is everything you want in a Realtor. She was always reachable and responsive throughout the entire process. If we had to do it all over again, we would choose Jennifer without a second thought.
