It was our lucky day when a friend recommended that we contact Jennifer Berry to be our realtor when we were looking for a house in the Land Park area of Sacramento.

She showed herself to be highly experienced, knowledgeable and down to earth as she gave us top notch guidance throughout the whole process of finding and buying our house in the difficult buyer's market of early 2022.

We were so happy that her guidance did not end with the sale of the house. Any older house usually needs repairs or renovations through the years, so we were very grateful to have her trusted list of workers who do quality work that she provided for us.

Her genuine caring, warmth and friendliness shines through her very professional work ethic. I highly recommend Realtor Jennifer Berry.

I listed with Jennifer Berry in November 2022 and closed escrow before the end of the year on terms better than I'd imagined. The market has slowed, prices have generally dropped, but Jennifer got my house sold in less than a month, at a price above the proposed listing price of the other agent I interviewed. Her marketing strategy is to do everything and her recommendations are sound. As an absentee owner, I was able to count on her to handle ongoing needs at the property. She did all the work and I reaped the rewards. Personally and professionally, I have bought and sold countless properties over the past 35 years and she provided the best experience and results ever. I can't recommend her highly enough.

To say that Jennifer was a lifesaver would be a severe understatement. Picture of this: you're 30, you just got a position that can finally pay a mortgage, and so you decide it's time to shop for a house. The downside is that it's early 2022 and the housing market is just red hot. You have no idea what to do, you don't know what you like or want and everyone is telling you to go with their agent. Thankfully, I had a friend who just went through a very similar situation and she gave me a phone number. Enter Jennifer. She explained everything to me in great detail, answered all my questions, and most importantly made me feel like I was in control through the whole process. There was never a time where I felt like I couldn't talk to her or I couldn't ask a question and that's so very important, especially the first time you're buying. She even let my parents tagalong when we were looking at places (just because they were so excited their oldest was finally buying) and I really appreciated that. Overall I would 100% recommend her to anyone that's looking to buy, you're not going to regret it. She will be with you through thick and thin and stick with it until you have exactly what you want, no matter how long it takes.
