Jennifer Blauvelt-carter

Jennifer was born in South Carolina into a military family and was raised in Eastern Kentucky. In 2010 she moved to Lexington where she worked as a mental health social worker. She takes pride in helping people identify, pursue, and meet their goals. Her passion and drive for social work was always "People over Profit.” After getting pregnant with her daughter, she wanted a career that would allow her to spend as much time as possible with her family. In 2016 she began working as a real estate admin. Real Estate was an opportunity to continue to work with the community but continue to stay home with her daughter. Working as an admin for the South District Group allowed her to gain knowledge into the business. In January 2018 she decided she wanted to be a Real Estate Agent. She joined the South District Group at Better Homes and Gardens Cypress as an agent and continue to do administration work on the team. She looks forward to helping all clients and continue her passion for helping our community while keeping the focus on "People over Profit".
